I have always been curious about one particular type of man. The one who can walk into a room without trying to attract attention, yet somehow becomes the most interesting person there. Perhaps it is his confidence, his calm manner or the little smile that suggests he knows something amusing about the world. Whatever it is, I find that kind of masculine charm irresistible. I like a man who knows how to take initiative. Someone who can surprise me with an invitation, make a decision without turning it into an international conference and occasionally say that he has planned something special without revealing every detail. I promise I can behave and wait for the surprise. Well, at least I can try. But confidence alone is not enough to capture my attention. I admire kindness, intelligence and a man who knows how to treat a woman with affection. Someone who remembers little things, notices when my mood changes and understands that sometimes a warm embrace is far more useful than a brilliant speech. I want to feel feminine and desired beside him, but I also want to be his friend. The woman he can tell about his victories, his worries and the ridiculous little incidents that happen during his day. I would love us to have our own sense of humor.
